Onshore

Our expertise in Structured Trade Products is widely recognized. We have been working closely with State Bank of India since 2004 to provide services to the Indian Automobile Industry. We have usefully structured some unique Channel Financing solutions and currently provide pan-India implementation support for some Industry Majors who we share as our prestigious clients with SBI.

AFII also offers state-of-the-art financial engineering support to its clients enabling them to match the advantages of optimum finance with reduced cost of capital; often adding to their Cash Flows with Off Balance Sheet non recourse financing. Among others, we use Instruments like Invoice Financing, Subordinated Debt, Contract Financing, Letter of Credit and Discounting, Cash Credit / Overdraft, and Commodity Processor Finance / Intermediary financing etc.

Offshore

We can provide offshore Factoring, Forfaiting, and Contract Financing etc. to exporters and importers using synthetic collateralization and global banking relationships. We can offer unique Cash Management and Collection Solutions to Indian Exporters who could be selling anywhere in the world. We have our relationships in place to assist such exporters identify Lines of Credit on its potential buyers and sell with no payment risk.
We also offer International Letter of Credit financing and discounting services especially for difficult countries including the MENA region, as also the rest of Africa. Offshore Trade Finance Services are looked after by the Business Advisory Group.
